Tap at Salon piva. The vienna malt provides a grainy, bready, toasted base, which dislike. Kinda distracts from the mosaic, which does not shine through as much as it could. Medium citrusy exotic character, slightly dank. Drinkable. Overall good, but not great.

Tap at Salon piva spring 2023. Copper color with white head. Aroma is clear kimchi with all of spices, garlic, cabbage. Taste is disappointment, watery with light spicy notes.

Tap at the Prague Beer Fest 2023. Forgot who brought it to me, but it was, like, OOH TRY THIS I WON'T TELL YOU WHAT IT IS!, or GUESS WHAT THIS IS! or both... The pale body didn't betray much, the aroma, wafting up from the glass immediately did. Everyone had heard rumors of the kimchi beer being around (ofc, by the only ones insane enough to attempt it, apart from Crazy Clown), and despite a hugely aggressive garlic/onion-like presence, it was definitely kimchi underneath. Similar in the taste, kimchi and aggressive onions, the body being clean and supple enough to support the concept. Huge respect for the execution of this lunacy of an idea, but yeah, a sip was more than enough.

Draught @ Sedm Stupnu. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, herbal and fruity hops, citrus. Flavor is light bitter, light malt, wheat, light grass, herbal hops, light fruit. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 191022
