Light gold color. Grainy aroma, with corn, fruits, lemon. Sweet, fruity flavor. Drinkable but way too sweet, a bit like a kids’ breakfast cereal.

Bottle @ chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2008. Pours a slighlty hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity grainy aroma. Sweetish grainy flavor with some fruity hints. Has a sweetish grainy finish.

Courtesy of jdubFL. Pours water – gold with white head. The aroma is corn flakes, sugar and a hint of floral hops that is just noticeable or simply my imagination. The taste is crisp corn, corn flakes and floral hops. Notes of both floral and spice hops nearly balance out the sugar sweet malts and corn.

courtesy of jdubfl. This can goes to show that even in Tahiti their pale lagers are as bad as pale lagers of the Caribbean. Interesting brew nonetheless. Pours clear golden, white head. Aroma is mostly of grains and pale malts. Taste is similar to the aroma with added light hops.. Crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. The can was worth keeping.

50cl can from Leclerc, Colombes, Paris., Amber with a ring of white head; a standard lager - cereal aroma, some sweet malts and a touch of bitterness to finish. Possibly the least politically correct beer around - how many food miles does it take to send "only the finest ingredients from Northern Europe" to Tahiti, and then bring the beer all the way back to put on the shelves of a French supermarket?

33cl bottle-pours a dissipating white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is sweet light malt/grain-caramel, cereal, slight musty, some Euroskunk. Taste is initially seltzery, some of this could be from saaz hops, then some of the sweet grain peeks through. Thanks jwc215 for sharing this.

Bottle 33cl. @ chris_o’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2008.Clear light yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, rice - corn, paper. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (020808)
