Bottle from Zuivelhoeve, Haarlem. Clear golden, thin, white head. Aroma of apple peel, unripe banana, wet grass, wheat, soap. Taste has sweetish apple & banana, sourish mandarin, bit wheaty, bit soapy, bready malt body. Grassy hoppy finish, bit floral, unripe fruit, wheat & honey note. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Technically correct & refreshing.

Bottle from Zuivelhoeve, Haarlem. Hazy dark golden, thin, off-white head. Aroma of ripe apricot, banana, apple, honey, fruit liqueur, dough. Taste has very sweet banana, apple & pear with phenolic edges over honey maltiness. Grassy & floral hoppy finish, mostly sweet ripe fruit & warming jenever-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Clean, correct, quite Belgian indeed.

Bottle at THT July. Hazy light yellow with white head. Wheat, soft citrus peel, a touch of coriander, soft herbal. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.
