Pours a hazy dark brown with a small creamy head. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, slight touch of coffee. Acidy fruity with almost no carbonation. Decent but mediocre.

Pours a hazy brown colour with a thin off-white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, caramel, fruit, brown sugar. Medium sweetness. Drinkable, but a bit unremarkable.

Pours a clear amber with a big white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, slight coriander. Weird brew, metallic and unpleasant like something went terribly wrong in the brewing process.

Aroma of malts, cabbage, yeast, some spiciness. Flavour is malty caramel sweetness. I’m not sure what they attempted here, but this one is without character. Sorry Hettinga, I just don’t like your beers.

Aroma of light malt, grains, some yeast, hint of fruits. Flavour is light sweet with a light bitter finish. Decent Pilsener, I’m surprised at the onslaught of deriding reviews, this being a fairly ok beer from an admittedly horrible brewery. Perhaps there have been bad batches going around...

Fles op vakantie geprobeerd met LiekevdV als Sassenporter. Het is een troebel donkerbruin bier met een beige schuim. Het heeft een moutige wat chocolade achtige en fruitige geur. De smaak is vol, gebrande mout, chocolade en rozijnen.

Explosive gusher. Roast, caramel, soft chocolate. Mild sweet, some bitterness. Bit bland, not a great Porter, but not terrible (surprisingly)
