Ein Gastbier bei Damian am CBF ausgeschenkt. Schon durch die trübe türkise ⛎Farbe fällt es im Glas auf und man hat eine große Chance darauf angesprochen zu werden. Es hat keinerlei Schaum und riecht intensiv nach Pina Colada und dem namensgebenden Blue Curacao, was sich auch im Geschmack fortsetzt 🏖️. Allerdings ist dies so intensiv süß, das vom Bier als solches nicht viel übrig bleibt. Als Cocktail 🍹 oder Festival -Gag sicher cool, aber aromentechnisch eher weniger.

Draught at Myslis? Small long lasting creamy head, opaque milky green colour, vanila with the gooseberries behind them, lactic notes, quite sweet with a greenish sourness. Nice, interesting and highly drinkable but a bit too sweet.

On tap at Mešuge. Quite nice and refreshing not lager. I can imagine having few a night.

Tap at PlanB, 25.2.2024. Boggy blue-green colour. Rather full body, low carbonation. Silky creamy mouthfeel. Lots of lactose inside, also vanilla. Assertively fruity too, citrusy exotic feeling. Not a shred of beeriness left here. But who would expect that anyway? Lots of sweetness and sourness. Good, albeit hard to drink for me. Rerate at Bratislavka today. This time it has the bright blue colour it should have had always.

Tap at Brustok - courtesy of... I'm not even sure anymore, hah, but thank you! Golden body, white head, Tropical and dry citric notes in the aroma. Tropical fruit-driven taste, lean and dry, light orange notes, quite nice and cleanly malty, mild bitterness. Good stuff, as expected from the Ilgners nowadays!

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Murky yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy and mild grapefruity nose. Hoppy, citrusy, fruity, mild grapefruit and touch of oats with notes of oranges in the finish.

75 cl bottle @ Hervanta, BBE 29.11.2024 Aroma has whiskey, licorice and peat. Flavour has peat, whiskey, some ash and tobacco. Very dry finish. Good.
