Bottle. Pours clear dark golden with large white foamy head. Aroma is mostly malt and caramel but also hints of lemon, orange, grapefruit and apricot. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is medium long and mostly sweet and light bitter with notes of malt, caramel, lemon, orange, grapefruit and dried apricot. A bit dull

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear copper colour, small head. Caramel and red berries up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Dark bread, prunes and note of licorice. Mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is plum, some sweet malts, caramel and some floral and wooden tones. Flavour is wooden, some berries, mild floral and dried fruity tones. Rather sweet, but still quite nice. Not really that Bockish in my books.

ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, sweet malt, light brown sugar, light spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, burnt caramel, burnt sugar - malt, sweet malt, caramel, light spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230205]
