Description
Little Big Dog is a tiny brewery in Barrow upon Humber, North Lincolnshire. We are dedicated to making high quality beers in small quantities with big tastes. All our beers are Vegan Friendly. Typically, we do not fine any of our beers, we let good process, chilling and time do the work. Occasionally we will add some Vegan Friendly finings but this is rare. We are tiny, our annual output will be appx 40HL in year one - our output would need to be multiplied more than 50x to become a microbrewery on Untappd figures. We will have brewed 15+ different beer in year one - we like to do many beer styles, not just whatever is the latest craze in brewing.

Keg @ Docks Beers, Grimsby. One of three thirds, and when I got to my table expected this was the pale blond beer, which tasted light, crisp and saison-like. It's only now that I realise the beer I thought was a weissbock is actually this. So now I'm really confused. Misty deep amber appearance, off-white head. Sweet, yeasty nose. Taste is quite sweet, and indeed, weissbock-like with nice amber malty undertones. Can't really compare to any other saison, but tastes quite nice for what it is.
