Bottle at the rental flat in Sofia - picked up from 1001 Beers. Pours clear, rich gold, lightly effervescent, with a foamy, pure white head. Lightly sweet with simple bready pale malts, a smattering of pine needles, tangerine peel. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Finishes with mild rindy-piney bitterness, more supportive pale malts, tangerine, a nip of grass. Basic but enjoyable.
