Description
After having brewed as an amateur for 6 years, we decided to found the Brasserie des 1000 Étangs. This name allows to highlight the landscapes of the region reminiscent of those of Ireland and Canada.

Slight banana smell upon opening. A bit smoky and dark for a real kölsch...
