Bottle from the netto in Marzahner Ch. Clear pale golden body, off-white head. Oily herbal hoppy aroma. Some egg yolk. Lean dry empty taste, sweetish, bit minerally, some odd caramelly maltiness. You get what you pay for - next to nothing.

Can from Seijo Ishii. Drank from the can. Citrus, herbal hop nose with biscuity malt and light oxidation. Flavor is sweet and malty, stone fruit, light cardboard, herbal hops, bitter finish. Slightly too bitter. Not special, but not as terrible as the samples so many other have had.

Clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sharp grainy malt, straw. Taste of dry mid sweet grainy malt, straw, some dried stone fruits.

Darguner dunkles Bockbier, Flasche von Netto, Oranienburg. - Kupferrot, blank. - In der Nase derb karamelliges, klebrig sirupsüßes toastiges Malz, leise Schokolade und recht billige Hintergrundhopfung. - Antrunk satt und schwer karamelmalzig mit frischer Orange, Anklängen an Honig und bocktypisch sirupartiger Süße, die allmählich einer derben krautig-bitteren Hopfung weicht. Milder rezent, vollmundig, mineralisch; leise alkoholisch. Im Abgang kernig-derb hopfenbitter. - Solider aber ziemlich derber Bock, mehr karamel- als dunkelmalzig und ruppig gehopft (mit Hopfenextrakt und Hopfen), dennoch gar nicht so übel. (17.11.2023.)

Appearance: Cloudy deep yellow with a tall off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: Medium dry. Wheat malt, leather, restrained banana, clove. Light grassy bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium boidy, lively carbonation. Summary: Mediocre.
