Draught: Poured a dark brown with a thin off white head. Aroma is sweet with malts, yet has a suttle soft hops presents. Taste is similar with a sweet thick chewy malt upfront and a bitter hop leaf finish.

Fizzy yellow-golden color with a small white head. Aroma of limes and grainy notes. Really sweet flavor with grainy maltiness, artificial sweetener, and a cheap lemon-lime soda. Light-bodied. Pretty bad.

At a tasting, thanks DSG. Thick small brown reddish head which quickly dissapears, impregnable deep brown colour with some reddish taints, aroma of dates, figs, sour bread abd a whiff of a mature camambert. very light rosted coffee flavours with a little light bitterness, light body and a watery texture, almost no aftertaste, some faint bitter and sourness which fade quite quickly.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks mom for bringing this from Malta! Black with a medium brown head. Aroma of milk-chocolate, some coffee, roast, light creamy notes and a bit of dark fruits. Sweet flavor with some fruits, chocolate, light acidic notes and a bit of yeast. Light to medium-bodied. Too thin. Aroma is promising but the flavor doesn’t deliver.

Had a bottle of this while I was in Malta. Fizzy yellow stuff at it’s worst. Pale yellow, frothy head. Grassy aroma, bitter grassy flavor. What did you expect?

Scored a bottle of this at an outdoor cafe in Malta. After weeks of lagers and pilsners I was happy to have something with a touch of hops. Pours a clear, amber, gold with a thin, lacing white head. Aroma is grassy, slight lemons, slight grapefruit. Flavor is similar, a little soapy with some spice and a little cracker. I’m surprised this is rated so low, I rather enjoyed it.

12 ounce bottle from Vintage Cellar. Pours a very dark reddish black with a medium tan head. Aroma is sweet malts and raisin with a rotten vegetable note and which initially had an odd bologna like meaty note that fortunately dissipated. Taste is very thin with roasted malts, light dark fruits and a metallic note. Thin bodied. This one is not so hot.

Bottle (thanks mom!). Pale golden color with a medium white head. Aroma of slightly grainy malt, hay and grass notes. Sweetish and slightly bready flavor at first and finishes with hoppy bitterness. Rather light-bodied. Not too bad.

Bottle (thanks mom!). Amber-colored beer with a medium beige white head. Aroma of slightly toasted malt and some bread. Sweetish malty flavor with some toast and caramel notes and a bitter finish, slightly herbal, with some metal. Rather light body. Not too bad.
