(Draught at 60 Degrees, Helsinki Airport, 28 April 2016) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of caramel, blood orange and rye bread. Malty taste with rye bread, caramel, blood orange, pink grapefruit, resin and a generous citric/resiny, slightly metallic, bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made, with a generous hop character. Nice one.

Tap at 60 degrees Bar, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, Vantaa. Colour is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, cranberries, dryness, some sourness and malts. Berries are not the best thing to add in beer but this one isn’t too sweet. I like dry body in this case.

Draught @ 60° Bar & Brewery, Helsinki Airport T1. Pours dark reddish orange with a thick bubbly head. Aroma of tartish cranberry juice, earthiness, mild sourness, yeast and hints of herbal notes. Taste is smooth, slightly tart and earthy with some sourish cranberry juice, hints of herbal notes. Finish is slightly tart and herbal with some earthiness and berries. A bit messy, tartish cranberries are not a good fit for a pale/amber ale base beer. --- Beer merged from original tick of 60 Degree Cran PA on 12 May 2016 at 10:57 - Score: 6. Draught @ 60° Bar & Brewery, Helsinki Airport Terminal 1
Pours dark reddish with a large foamy white head. Aroma of malts, rye bread, caramel, hints of grass, pine, resin and earthiness. Taste is smooth, malty and crisp with hints of rye bread, pine, resin, earthiness and caramel. Finish is smooth, sweetish and fruity with hints of rye, malts, caramel and resin. Okay malty IPA with a touch of rye. Feels quite similar to Smörre, but not identical though. --- Beer merged from original tick of 60 Degree Rye-IPA on 08 Feb 2016 at 13:59 - Score: 7.
