Sweetish aroma of malt sugar, citric hops and "orange" and "peach" candy. The flavour is medium sweet, with the same elements. A slight bitterness in the finish.

Light bodied. Citric flavour, hints of lime and green gooseberries. Moderate bittering hops. Drinkable, but not very exciting.

500 ml bottle, as Frejdahl Fafner Imperial IPA, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 7.9%. Orange to amber colour, large white head. Distinct aroma of piney hops, also hints of dust, grain, oranges and grapefruit. The flavour is medium sweet with sufficient malts, and a fairly distinct piney / resinous and grapefruity bitterness.

500 ml bottle, as Frejdahl Sigurd Belgisk Dubbel, from BilkaToGo, Denmark. ABV is 6.3%. Clear brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of brown kandij sugar syrup, caramel, Belgian ale yeast and dried figs. The flavour has the same elements, but is not too sweet. Hints of mild spices. Very moderate hops. Nice enough to drink.

750 ml corked bottle, as Frejdahl Gudmund Double Saison, fadlagret på gamle hvidvinsfade. Bought at BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 7.0%. Hop is now Hallertauer Blanc. Slightly hazy golden colour, huge white head. Pleasant aroma of white wine, oak and mild spicy hops. Light bodied for its strength. The flavour is fairly crisp and dry, with mild spicy notes, hints of oak and white wine.

Bottled. Amber colour with a small off-white fluffy head. Aroma is spruce, pine needles, herbal tones and mild earth. Flavour is pine, floral, some resiny and mild earthy tones with some mild caramel to it.
