Bottled. Clear golden with a small white head. Malty aroma and flavor. Typical german pils. Ok bitterness in the finish. Rating: 4-3-4-3-10-2.4. 051210

A clear, golden beer topped by a decent white head. Nice fruityness on the nose, some crackery malts blending in. A bit sweet on the palate, with a good bitterness and some malty notes. Mostly bitter finish, and a medium palate. A quite nice one. 100513

Bottled. Pale, pale golden with an ok white head. Aroma is mostly lemonade, but at least this one has hints of beer. Flavor is much the same, but with some unpleasant elements in the finish. Thin and watery. Rating: 3-2-3-1-4-1.3. 051218

Bottle. A pale yellow drink with a small, white head. Very lemonady nose, just a hint of beer in the back. The flavor goes in the same direction, where there’s also a distinct bitterness that is a bit unpleasant. Thin on the palate, pleasant carbonation. Not a very pleasant radler, but not awful. 120107

Can (4.9%). Very little aroma. Golden colour. OK, stable white head. Quite watery flavour, otherwise pleasant enough. Has a little aroma hops and low to medium bitterness.

(Bottle 33 cl) 5,2% ABV in my version. Pale golden with a creamy head. Appears smooth and light-bodied but you’re hit by a solid dose of bitter hops in the finish. Very quenching and easy to drink. 230501

(can) Clear golden colour with a fast diminishing small frothy white layer. Corny malty nose with glue and some hoppiness in the background. Very watery malty mouthfeel with a somewhat bitter and metallic finish, fizzy carbonated. The worst beer I had for months

Bottle. Sweetish aroma. Golden colour, OK head. Flavour has a little aromatic hoppiness to the first few sips. OK bitterness in aftertaste.

(plastic bottle) Clear yellow colour with a small frothy layer. Faint grainy malty nose. Weak malty flavour and taste with a short unpleasant, dense hoppy and thin finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Apparently brewed from the devils own recipe... Nothing diabolic about it though. The malt provides a pretty, reddish brown colour. Flavour is dominated by the roasted malt. But mainly dry and bitter with a weak, underlying sweetness. Full-bodied and quite nice. 300600

(Bottle 33 cl) Neat and very yellowish golden beer with a handsome, lacing head. Lovely smooth and aromatic. Rather low bitterness considering it’s from North-Germany. 240100

Bottle. Hoppy, but not flowery or fruity, aroma. Golden colour, small white head. Slightly hoppy flavour, quite malty and bitter. Nice strong bitterness in aftertaste. A pilsener with some taste.
