Served at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, warm in a glass, with a cinnamon stick and orange wedge. Nice chewy apple aroma melded with cinnamon. Taste is good sweet apple with cinnamon spice, vague coriander, ends full and smooth. Nice as far as mulled ciders go, and designed for it, would probably be better in the winter months.
