For once, so glad to see a blond West Coast IPA; slightly hazy, medium head. The aroma is piney. The mouthfeel is dry, some crispy malt down there, bold hopping, a bit herbaceous and dank, with strong bitterness.
Very nice.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy pale blonde with foamy white head. Lots of guava, touch of orange, overly carbonated. The guava aspect is great, but the rest of it drags it down. Still decent. Shouldn’t be too hard to tweak for the next batch.

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Farmhouse yeast, fair bit of pepper, a little (too much) bubblegum. Needs a couple tweaks.

Nice bright clear yellow body and some okay foam. Smells of good sharp hop sweetness, soft honey maybe. Taste is very nice sweet hops, honey notes, soft lager bitterness. Carbonation could be more pronounced and it ends wet. Enjoyable and crushable but could be more.

Cloudy brownish orange body and okay foam. Smells of weak malt, nothing else. Taste is nice maltiness, orange zest hints, very possibly maybe a hint of custard (a very big deal for any local english pale ale to get even close). Sadly it's too tepid and wet, I see what they're trying to capture but aren't succeeding. Halfway there, but needs some real work to go the distance.
