We have a simple motto, we brew beer we love and we think you will too. Our beer is brewed onsite using recipes that have been custom crafted and refined over the past 10 years using fresh locally sourced ingredients. We brew classic North American styles with many select seasonal offerings throughout the year. Beer will be served from copper brewing tanks behind the bar to give our customers fresher beer on tap.
We are creating a space where people, friends, and family can come relax and hangout.

On tap at Galaxie, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of lacto, mango and vanilla. Flavour matches this, with lots of mango and vanilla upfront, backed by a massive lacto base. Big mango ice cream character on the finish. Not particularly interesting but decent for what it is. Meh.

On tap at Galaxie, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and a hint of vanilla. Flavour is full of vanilla upfront, followed by toasted malt and a hint of earthiness. Lots of vanilla, not much malt base. Pleasant construction and easy to drink. Decent.

On tap at Galaxie, pours a fairly clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops, light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is much the same, with rough floral hops, pine, booze and biscuity malt. Messy and poorly calibrated. Rough and chaotic. Meh.

On tap at Galaxie, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle grassiness and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and rough, with biscuity malt, straw and rough hops. All over the place and not correctly calibrated. Not a disaster but not good.

Modest cloudy yellow body and minimal foam. Overbearing lime floor cleaner on the nose, when I was young my parents said not to drink stuff that smelled like this but here we are. Taste is more limey floor cleaner, excessively saccharine and a dry finish. A little too fake and intense, unbalanced might be a better word.

Not bad cloudy gold body and okay foam. Very weak orangey hops on the nose, way too weak. Taste is a nice cracker, slightly grassy, and good carbonation. Adequate, not bad at all.

Cloudy light copper and good foam. Nice dank piney hops on the nose, skunk cabbage, orange zest. Taste is a chewy strawberry, doughy grain, ending full with lingering sweetness. A bit disjointed, lots of things going on here but they don't totally gel together.

Good cloudy yellow body and modest foam. Nice tangerine on the nose, sour grain, well balanced. Taste is mellow sour grain, very soft tangerine, nice lingering tangyness. A pretty good sour, enjoyable.

The can seemed like it had air in it...it wasn't properly carbonated. Low fill? The beer has that dull oxidized look to it. Aroma is wet cardboard...there's some hop to it, but overall it presents poorly. Moderate bitterness. Malts are gloppy, worty. Touch of alcohol. This one misses, but I'd be more worried about the canning setup.
