Pale brown. Earthy, toasty nose, nice with light bugginess. Tart, and off-dry. I'll never be sold on dark saison, but this isn't bad.

Golden, with just a slight haze. No head. Nice brett character. Bright brett C on the palate, off-dry, a bit woody. This is quite good.

Crowler at FHF 2025, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is full of rye, some spicy brett, and rustic notes. Flavour is clean, with gentle rye, rustic saison yeast, and earthiness. Spicy, buggy and earthy. Very good.

Dark brown. Just a thin head. Roast, toast, that kind of characterful dark malt profile.

Hazy, pale. Just a thin head. Fruity, tropical with gooseberry, moderate bitterness. Decent malts to it as well. Probably the best one I had at this brewery on the day.

Pale amber with a slight haze. Not much head. Sort of a peachy hop nose and palate with some raspberry and pear on the palate as well. Soft malts, just a touch of sweetness. Hint of grapefruit rolling through in the finish.
