bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma media grana color cappuccino persistente, colore nero, al naso caffè cioccolato al latte liquirizia, in bocca è cremosa malto caffè cioccolato fondente, corpo strutturato, alcool perfetto, carbonazione leggera, attacco dolce con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Draft at a food truck event in Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold with moderate, very fine, white foam. Aroma is somehow bad, of cheese (can't remember which beer defect this implies), but also citrus. Body is average with marked carbonation. Taste is markedly bitter, a little unbalanced. Finish is long and bitter.

Il gusto al naso va sul floreale. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è di schiuma scarsa. La grandezza delle poche bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è marrone scuro. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è estremo a causa del grado alcolico elevato. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si depositano sentori di miele, resina, frutta secca e alcol invadente.

L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è fine. La carbonazione è media. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il perlage ha bollicine medie. La carbonazione è bassa. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate e di birra beverina. Il finale è lungo, pulito e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l’aroma riporta sentori di miele, resina, agrumi, fiori e frutta secca.

Blond color, clear, with frothy head, fizzy, too much carbonation. Nice aroma: fruits, vanilla, bit of yeast and plastic. Very dry mouthfeel; some malt flavor, strong bitterness, timid hop qualities, some yeast, but evidently it refermented too much in the bottle and this produced unwanted extra bitter grass elements.
Uncontrolled.

Hazy dark amber color with medium sized head. Strong caramel aroma, with some wet cereals, light biscuit, light vanilla, light feet. Good body strength; strong dry caramel flavor, with excessive bitterness; moderate residual sweetness; the bitterness in the final is quite disturbing, chemical, chicory.
Rough beer.

Black color with medium sized frothy head. Mild aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Dry and lean mouthfeel; roasted malt flavor, not ashy, with correct bitterness, some liquorice and traces of yeast.
More Foreign Extra Stout than Imperial Stout, but not bad.
