18/10/2025. Third visit to Tirana. Doesn’t take long to run out of new local beers to rate. German and Italian stuff to be found, but had a lot of that already and the Italian beers especially are quite expensive. Then there’s this. Bought at a Conad supermarket. Wasn’t expensive. It’s boozy and a little rough. One could even say desperate (the beer or me?). Anyway the pour is okay, the backdrop is great, and it’s another strong, sweet, malty, boozy, metallic beer chalked off.

Yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, grainy, herbal and mild earthy tones to it. Flavour is biscuity, some floral, earthy and mild herbal tones with a bit of earth to it as well.

Clear light orange blond beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: diacetyl, clearly present now, a hint of tropical fruits, sweet and sugary impression, floral, a little spicy, some cloves. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet and malty start, grains, some diacetyl, chemical touch, soapy bitterness, not very pleasant. Aftertaste: slightly fruity, soapy, a little bitter, grains, some dried apricots, unpleasant bitterness, sweet malty finish, not very good.

Közepes, tartós hab, kristálytiszta, vörösesbarna szín. Karamelles, gabonás, virágos illat. Gabonás, fűszeres, enyhén karamelles íz. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, alig keserű. Kellemes ivósör.

Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è un timido profumo e la maniera in cui permane è appena percepibile. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La parte liquida appare limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca finiscono sentori di miele, crosta di pane, biscotto, frutta secca e resina.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è un timido profumo e l'esistenza olfattiva è appena percepibile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, di carbonazione vivace. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico e agrumi.
