[ As Lepola Honey Apple Cyser ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a quick average to large head, after 2 sec. virtually no head, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is apple, apple - honey, sweet apple, apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, honey, yellow apples, overripe apple, medium dry, apple skin. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20240425]

Taster at the brewpub. Clear, straw colored. AROMA- apple, herbal, resinous. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly sour, slightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very nice cider.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear bright red, miniscule head. The aroma is dominated by lingonberries. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Lingonberries and cranberries dominates. Mild notes of fermented honey. In the end it tastes a lot like aged home made lingonberry jam,
