On Tap at the brewery/taproom Foggy very light pale straw color. Sweet/tart fruit medley aroma and flavor. Quite tart and lemony in the flavor. Clean quick finish. Some bready wheaty body at the end. Very tasty. Simple and mellow.

On Tap at the brewery/taproom Slightly hazy deep yellow with a thin wispy whit ehead. Odd slightly sweet cereal aroma and papery flavors. Very strange. Didnt care for this one so much. Lacking any classic pilz noble hop character.

On Tap at the brewery/taproom Slightly foggy yellow with a full and dense white head. Clean bright fresh hoppy flavors. Citrus zest and a litle pine. Light bodied and some wheat character. Nice lingering bitter. Light clean and very fresh tasting. Quite good

On Tap at the brewery/taproom milky peach light beige color with a full fluffy white head. Lost of fresh hop pithiness and big Saison yeast notes. Clean bitter finish. Quite bitter actually but light and dry. Lots going on here for a 4%ish beer. Tasty

on tap at the brewery pours out clean dark golden topped with a fizzy head. Nose is big ginger upfront some floral notes and and a little bread malt. Taste is more of the heavy ginger floral and bread notes. Ginger beer not my thing.

On tap at the Boise taproom Medium orange amber with a thin ring of bubbles. PLenty of soapy flowery ginger on the nose. A littel light clean toasted malts but mostly ginger all the way. Clean finish and a light over all.

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom. Hazy deep reddish amber full lasting sticky tan head. Light toasty malts and a little sharp rye bite. Nice body and full feel for only a 4.5% beer. Sturdy

On Tap at BitterCreek Lightly foggy pale light yellow. Fine thin blanket of smooth white foam. Light pale lager malt aromas and flavors. Smooth body and a decent Pilsner noble hop bitter bite. Well finished and tasty

On tap at the brewery pours straw color topped with a white head. Nose is cinnamon light sweet fruit notes and some tartness. Taste is more of the nice cinnamon spice tart fruit.

On tap at the brewery pours out a dark brown topped with a tan head. Nose is sweet milk chocolate some vanilla cookies and coffee. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate vanilla cream cookies coffee and some nutty notes.
