On tap at the brewery light haze on this dull golden pour. Small lively white head quickly vanishing. Typical of a sour like this. Mild light pale cereal and breads malt aromas and flavors. The Lacto tartness is mellow and subdued. Palate label and easier to move I suppose but was hoping for a little more aggressive and dryness. Still nice pleasant flavors

On Tap at the Boise brewery and taproom Thick cloudy light yellowish beige with a full form rocky off white head. This thing seriously looks like a milkshake. Subtle but fresh and slightly sweet fruity hop aromas. Similar flavors, modest and smooth. Firm bitter bite. Citrus pithiness. Smooth pillowy palate

Draft at brewery. Pale golden, .milky haze, fluffy head. Grainy aroma, wheat, wet paper. Taste adds some weizen flavors, banana, but overly grainy. Bready. But still some funkiness remains, similar to the Cheap Date.

Draft at brewery. Starts as a good looking beer, goes downhill from there. Pale golden, fizzy, huge fluffy head. Aroma is wet paper, school paste. Taste too...cardboard, funky out of place taste. Not good.

Draft at BitterCreek. Golden, hazy, lovely frothy head . Citrusy, juicy aroma gets bitter quick. Bug bite from the start, sharp, resinous hops. Like an IPA used to be.
