Half draft at Chalice. Hazy golden pour, small, soft , creamy head. Light lemon aroma, coriander, citrus peel. Taste is savory, citrus, white pepper. A bit dry.

Keg at the brewery, 8/22/24. New brewery! Brewery #2315, USA #1910, ID #12. Slightly hazy orange, large off-white head, average retention. Aroma of orange, pineapple, pale malt. Taste is grapefruit, pine, pale malt. Juicy, moderate bitterness.

Crowler from brewery. Near black pour, small beige head. Coffe dominates the aroma and taste, light chocolate notes in the background. Roasty malts too, light bitterness.

Crowler pours out dark brown almost black topped with a small tan head. Nose is big coffee notes some chocolate notes. Taste is more of the nice chocolate notes big coffee roast.

Crowler from brewery, via a small window on Sherman Ave. Pretty standard fare for an IPA, amber/golden pour with a small foamy head. Aroma reflects the NW hop sleection. Taste takes the hop bill and balances it nicely with some pale malts for a smooth brew.
