Aroma is very herbal with the thyme, sage, rosemary, and basil all noticeable. I swear I smell roasted turkey in there (power of association!). Cranberry, too. Taste is lightly tart with flavors of those adjuncts. Really interesting and pretty tasty.

2022 vintage. Aroma is herbal, lemony, oxidized, sherry, spruce/pine. Taste is lightly tart, musty, slightly oxidized, piney. Body is pretty thin.

Aroma is gun metal, wet stone, cranberry. Taste is lightly tart and a little sweet, finishing dry, with flavors of cranberry and honey. Soft carbonation. 7,7,7,6,7
Aroma is biscuity, lemony. Taste has a light tartness, and mild bitterness, finishing very dry. Flavors of biscuity malt, tea, lemon. Like a lightly tart saison with a little green tea thrown in there.
