On tap, Post Street Alehouse. Pours golden orange with a nice white head. Citrus and lightly floral aroma is mostly sweet. Lightly sweet with moderate bitterness. A balance of citrus and grassy florals.

Bottle from Smokes n Suds, April 2021. Dark brown pour, nearly black. Rich aroma of whiskey barrel and espresso. Sweet and rich flavors from the barrel treatment along with the quality coffee. The high ABV is there, just a little noticeable, but overall so very smooth and utterly delightful. This is really, really good. First beer from this brewery, I’m impressed. But, worst wax ever. Seriously PFB don’t ever use this wax again.

Taster at brewery. Near black pour with a small tan head. Roasty aroma , dark bittersweet chocolate , coffee. Taste stays the course with the bitter sweet roasty flavors, no adjuncts, just pure straightforward stout.

Draft at brewery. East is east and west is west and never the twain shall meet...until now. An IPA featuring nice elements of both styles. Appearance is bright golden with a little haze. Aroma is hoppy some fruity citrus, along with some old school piney flavors. Taste continues, taking the best of both and blending it into a highly drinkable whole.

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is big over ripe tropical fruit hops some sweet melons. Taste is great over ripe tropical fruit melons sweet citrus and some booze.

On tap at Post Falls, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with fresh stone fruits, piney hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is tangy and bright, with lots of citrus hops, tangy stone fruits and a little pine. Juicy and tangy. Excellent.
