12oz can from Boise Coop. Cloudy golden pour, foamy head settles into patches and thin collar. Full bready, grainy aroma, soft sweetness. Taste is sweet malts, grassy notes, faint lemon. Tiny crisp bite emerges at the finish. Pretty full mouthfeel for a pils.

Draft at Press & Pony. Hazy orange, golden, light head. Aroma brings soft orange peel notes. Taste is more orange peel along with the citric bitterness. Light bready flavors too.

On tap at Timber. Pours black with a one finger beige head with good retention. Flavors of coffee, chocolate, roast. Somewhat soft carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. A great stout.

Grunt fill from Fred Meyer. Pours out a dark brown, small foamy light brown head. Aroma is mostly roast grains. Tadte too is roasty, not much of the rye as in the American styles, but very close to a German roggenbier. Deep and roasty, with appropriate bitterness for a roggenbier or schwarzbier. Would like see the brewers intent on this, would change my rating.

On tap pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is big cold brew coffee vanilla and chocolate. Tatse is more of the nice crisp cold brew coffee vanilla and chocolate.

On tap pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is light pineapple sweetness spice and some bread. Taste is more of the nice light spice grain and pineapple.

On tap pours out a brown topped with a sand head. Nose is light roast some pine citrus hops and the malts. Tatse is more of the nice grain light hops.

On tap pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is light sweet tart passion fruit notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet fruit notes some light tartness.

On tap at MJ Barleyhoppers. Pours nearly clear golden with a pillowy off white head with good retention. Taste is lightly tart, dry, with flavors of pineapple, wheat. Aroma is pineapple, wheat, light banana esters. More like a regular wheat ale than a real Saison, but it’s not too bad.

On tap at bier thirty pours out orange topped with a small head. Nose is citrus orange forward a little wheat note and some floral notes. Taste is more of the light citrus fruit and wheat.
