Brick West is the touchstone that reminds us where we came from, and the foundation that gives rise to where we’re going. Our enthusiasm for craft beer is matched only by our passion for building community. We strive each day to bring people together, build lifelong friendships, and inspire adventure through quality craft brews.
Our fifteen-barrel brewery, tap room, and beer garden are rooted in Spokane’s West End, a revitalizing downtown neighborhood whose renaissance we’re proud to be a part of. Our team’s big plans will grow to include concert series, beer garden events, fundraisers, festivals… in other words, any ideas we can cook up to bring our community together in meaningful ways.
Brick West is our investment back into the city we call home. Join us as we build and better the community that gave us our start, putting back a few fresh brews along the way. We invite craft beer enthusiasts and newcomers alike down to our taproom for seasonal sips and perennial classics made from the highest quality ingredients. All are welcome here at Brick West!
Half pour at Brick West. Dark golden pour, small cap of foamy white head. Malty aroma, bread. Taste is brown bread, malty, light caramel, mild sweetness.
Half pour at BrickWest. Clear golden pour, small frothy white head. Grainy aroma, bready. Taste is biscuity, grainy. Very clean and crisp with just a kiss of bitterness at the finish.
On tap at The Tap (Yakima), pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out an almost stale, sweaty hop character, with a dry bready malt base. Flavour is unpleasant, with very old-tasting stale hops. How long has The Tap been sitting on this? Tastes undrinkably old.
