Brick West is the touchstone that reminds us where we came from, and the foundation that gives rise to where we’re going. Our enthusiasm for craft beer is matched only by our passion for building community. We strive each day to bring people together, build lifelong friendships, and inspire adventure through quality craft brews.
Our fifteen-barrel brewery, tap room, and beer garden are rooted in Spokane’s West End, a revitalizing downtown neighborhood whose renaissance we’re proud to be a part of. Our team’s big plans will grow to include concert series, beer garden events, fundraisers, festivals… in other words, any ideas we can cook up to bring our community together in meaningful ways.
Brick West is our investment back into the city we call home. Join us as we build and better the community that gave us our start, putting back a few fresh brews along the way. We invite craft beer enthusiasts and newcomers alike down to our taproom for seasonal sips and perennial classics made from the highest quality ingredients. All are welcome here at Brick West!
Lots of citrus, orange peel and the i side of the peel especially. A little chalky in that sense. Golden pour with ok head, good lacing. Light tangy finish. Tap at brewery.
Not as good as some of their IPAs. Comes off a little lackluster. Dusty, a little dried grass. Clear copper pour with decent head. Clean finish with a hint of tang. Tap at brewery.
Roast and a little cream. Some nut, coffee. Black pour with great mocha head and carpet lacing. Creamy soft carbonation consistency. Bitter end. Tap at brewery.
Passion fruit and lots of lemon, Buddha hands. Hazy yellow pour with decent head. Better body than most hazies. Kind of something on a trajectory to a West Coast IPA. Light bitter finish. Tap at brewery.
Some barley. A little mercury. Nice balance, and good for style. Golden pour with decent lacing, not much head retention though. Crisp finish with a light note of sugar on top of mouth. Tap at brewery.
