Can at home watching US take it home vs Canada in 4 nations hockey, made it tastes so much sweeter. And maple syrup just seeems appropriate. Dark pour almost black and beige head nose is cocoa and maple. Tatses of ash, smoke, maple syrup (in one of more pleasant ways in beer I’ve had) chocolate, and bread. Semi sweet and smoky finish

A murky dark rosey purple ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity raspberry jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, strawberry, light acidity, very nice. Can at CNY brewfest 2025.

Real nice juice. Spurs agreed a deal with Bayern for Mathys Tel, hope he wants to join. Would be a brilliant signing.

16oz can pours a rootbeer brown, huge cap of tan head. Nose has malt and cocoa, big mint and toothpaste. Big bailey's Irish creme. Cocoa and peppermint and Irish creme in the mouth. It doesn't jive all that well. Sweet. Feels sweeter than it probably is.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is grapefruit, hop, ripe-ish orange, malt. Light to moderate sweet and mild bitter. Body is medium. Expected a stronger hop punch from this.

Spurs on a dark descent towards a relegation battle. 5pts out of 27. Another blah performance today. Sleepwalking to where Villa were eight years ago, and where Everton have been the last 4/5 years.
Beer is nice at least. Smoky, maple syrup.

Two cans from Churchkey back at the hotel. Dark brown on oily black pour, fleeting cookie dough head. Sweet maple smoke & thoughts of bourbon on the nose. Taste is vanilla & bittersweet cocoa upfront with a bittersharp char, mellow earthy bite, slight cola, slighter pith, mild maple candy on the tail. Crispy, acidic, thin, just a little warming. Great.
