16oz can picked up at the brewery. Pours clear dark brown with a small beige head, spotty lacing. Vanilla, toffee, whiskey, woody, raisins, citrus peel. Very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear amber with a red tint, small off-white head, good lacing. Plums, berries, oranges, lime, mild tart. Good just enough tartness to balance out the fruit.

16oz can from Toby. Pale golden, wispy head. Aroma is woody, earthy. Taste is herbaceous, green, woody. Some earthy fruity flavors too. light.

16oz can pours out crisp straw topped with a white head. Nose is green apples some grain. Taste is more of the grain and some apple.

Mostly clear amber body small frothy off white head. Toasty caramel toffee aroma. Toasty bready caramel toffee flavor. Medium full body moderate carbonation. 7/4/7/4/15 3.7

Had for different holiday than recommended being late Christmas Eve but still enjoyable. Dark pour sure. Nose is tequila and mole spicing. Tastes of chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, tequila, wood, rootbeer. Smooth palate. Some alcohol warming. Quite nice and hit the spot tonight.

Light gold and fairly clear. Sudsy white head. Nose is corn and yeast. Tastes like a corny lager, little grass and lemon, touch of white wine. Smooth palate. Refreshing and odd. Not sure if I’ve had a cold ipa prior it’s certainly different from standard brut which I’ve not seen around in a bit. Enjoyable.
