Can to lager glass.
Appearance: yellow in color with a mild transparency; two finger white foamy head dissipated and left some light lace
Aroma: sweet grains, light tones of corn, faint citrusy to floral hops, subtle clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together somewhat sweet but also a generous undertone of bitter; mild aftertaste of the grains and corn
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; fairly smooth across the tongue; finishes sweet grainy and with some corn
Overall: good little lager worth coming back to and would be good with food.

Tapped at black Tab in NYC. Light stream, golden body, about 1 cm high foam layer. Aroma: hops, somewhat sweeter and fruitier than a German Kölsch. Taste: in contrast, sour taste, tends to be more of a sour beer. Lemon, grapefruit, nevertheless quite pleasant.
