On tap at the Garden City taproom opaque deep dark brown with a fine tan head chocolate dark roast aromas and flavors. The hop character suggested a bit of mint or Christmas greenery. Rich and smooth, fairly big bodied

On tap at the Garden Cuty taproom. Clear light orange pour with a dense white head. Floral slightly soapy hop aromas and more of a piney character in the flavors. Clean and well attenuated. The hop choices are not my fav though. Well made

On tap at the brewery slightly hazy light straw pour. Light sweet malts mainly. Smooth and somewhat full bodied. Which is a good thing for a blonde.

16 oz can from the Handlebar. Depp, clear golden, thin foamy head dissipates. Sweet malty aroma, but fruity too, tropical. Taste starts with a burst of sweetness, before a dry, sticky bitterness creeps in, coating the mouth. Tropical NW IPA, something different.

16 oz crowler from brewery. Dark ruddy brown pour, finely beaded beige head. Aroma is a nice blend of roast malts, chocolate and blueberries. Taste starts sweet, transitioning into the bitterness of the dark malts. Still a touch of sweetness at the finish.

Draft at taproom. Cloudy golden, thin, filmy head, solid lacing. Light citrusy aroma. Taste is grapefruit peel, a lot more than you expect based on the aroma. Citric bitterness lingers a while on the palate.
