Look, for a triple to be good, it better have manners - just like the old world tripels. Smells like a well made hefe, lots of freshly unwrapped bubble gum here. Pale cloudy brew. Has a tad of brown in the color, just a tad. Scummy pond topping. Aroma is sweet perfume. First taste is wew, quite sweet alky volatile impact. Lots of hefe bubble gum and bananas. Comes across a little c;loying on my poor lager lavin taste buds. Boozy fer sure. Does have some welvcoming co2 in there. Its not quite as refined as the okd world triples, with manners, its more like a refined American triple. Not as rude as most American wannah beez. Ok overall and I can appreciate whats going on here.

I’m not sure what’s so appealing about these black IPAs. I guess since I don’t care for IPA, I think hops ruin a decent black beer. Big and black, what else. Initially, smell is somewhat lacking in hop aroma, more sterile. After a while, I do perceive some IPA aroma in there. Some co2, but just barely. Yes, taste is IPA bitter fer sure, almost rototilling in nature. Not for me but if you like this style, you need to try it. Typical ling bitter, bud ruining, mouth coating finish.

OK, so I’m not into high alky beers that let you know they’re high alky. Has a volatile aroma about itself. Color does have some red, but mostly its brown. Taste is strong and beefy but it does have some fruit in there as well. Has quite a kick in the palate with its alky and all. Yes, has personality. Perhaps more than a lager lover could appreciate. Slight medicinal finish.

Much better than most pumpkin ales that are overspiced and under pumpkined. Dark looking like a porter. Very mild for the quoted ABV. If it truly is 7.5%, you better watch out, it goes down way too easy. Yes, lot of prominent punkin but easy on the spices and I like that. A well made punky beer fer sure. Yes one of the better pumpkin beers.

I thought this beer would be like many imperial stouts I had when I saw the ABV. But I’ll tell you, this beer hides the alky very well, it is brewed with respect. Very nice aromas of friendly stout, and a little volatile which sets off the alarm. Nice and black in appearance. Taste is surprisingly well mannered and interesting. Smooth and silky IMHO. Good attitude. Does have lots of that milk stout appeal that I am so fond of. Good job on this one shu. Decent finish for a 6 percenter.

From the tap this is probably the best American made example of a real Belgian wit that I ever had. Yes, right up there with the finer Belgian wits. Look is your typical white beer. Smell is slight bubble gum and the taste is on style good yummy. Good job on this, no ill attributes can be detected. Taste does have hints of banana and bubble gum but it is never near over the top. Just right, lovely experience.

S, take my unexpertise with a grain of salt, this stuff was on style. On tap at the brewpub, nice place. Yes, has that typical strong yeasty smell, goes volatile at times. Fruity initial taste, followed by alky palate impressions. This is followed by a typical higher ABV sasion feeling. You can tell its 6%. I like much more mild saisons so ignore my numbers. Look is just simple pale ale. Some sizzling co2 inthere. If you like cutting co2 with a high alky saison impact, this is fer you. Glad I had the chance to try this.

S, take my unexpertise with a grain of salt, this stuff was on style. On tap at the brewpub, nice place. Nice clear beery aroma with a hint of fruit perfume. Looks like well brewed iced tea. No head. Quite strong initially on the buds. Yes, seems like its 6% fer sure. Has a kick to it. Not sure if I can detect the pepper or the orange peel. Back of throat impact. Finish is slightly medicinal in nature, but in a god numbing way, heheh.

S, take my unexpertise with a grain of salt, this stuff was on style. Nice dark appearance. Slight clean yeasty aroma. Initial flavors are roasty and some burned wood but followed up with a medium bitterness. Yes each swig is an evolution of a mild brown ale intro followed by a medium length bitterness. Not bad overall.

Some initial bitterness that builds thru the session. Yes, begins to bourder on ipa territory, must be a bitter with some extra hops in there. Towards the finish the bitterness pushes its personality forward. Yes, develops into a malty bitterness. Barely any co2, almost hidden in the background.
