Description
Spring Creek Brewing Company is a destination craft brewery and wood fired pizza restaurant located in the Avimor community just north of Eagle Idaho on HWY 55.
The co-founders, Jeff Badigian and Marc Grubert grew up together and have been good friends for many years. The two reconnected as adults and shared a passion for home brewing and the love of good food, good friends and the great outdoors. Their ‘Eureka” moment came at a backyard BBQ in 2017 while sharing home brews and grilled pizzas on a beautiful summer evening. As they dreamed about opening their own place that evening a seed was planted and shortly after they officially launched Spring Creek Brewing Company...which was aptly named for the creek that runs through their property.
Fast forward four years through public fund raising, construction, and a global pandemic and what you have is exactly what the founders set out to do...create a community space where folks can enjoy craft beer, craft food and local music in the beautiful Boise foothills.
Stop in and share your story with us...we’ll take care of the rest.
Cheers!

On Tap at the BP their last week open. Deep dark, nearly black pour. Aromas and flavors had a bit of a slightly sour grape character. Not sure this was intended but it played OK. Light sweet dark roast and a light fresh finish.

On Tap at the Avimor BP Clear light amber pour with a lasting fine dense beige head and persistent lacing. Nice fresh piney hop aromas greet the nose. Medium to light pale malts, slight caramel tones. Smooth flavorful but not very aggressive hop character. Mostl piney and some muted citrus pith. Balance and smooth, if not bold or aggressive. Pleasant IPA

On Tap at the Avimor BP Slightly hazy medium orange pour. Dense lasting fine off-white head. Light faintly carmel malts, nice fresh hop character though a bit “hazy/juicy” for an ESB missing that sharp bite I expected. Mild. Not bad but strange for the style.

On Tap at the Avimor BP Clear medium reddish brown chestnut pour. Thin fine ring of tan micro bubbles. LIghtly sweet toasted malts. A little husky/woody and some toasted malt bite at the end. Seems fairly full bodied. Modest carbonation. Easy drinking and subtle
