Description
The original idea for what is now the city of Twin Falls came from a visionary pioneer and farmer named Ira Burton Perrine in 1900. But his dream may have never been realized without the belief and backing of another visionary, a man named Stanley Milner, who financed the construction of the Milner Dam, as well as most of the complex system of irrigation gates and canals associated with the project. Completed in 1905, the Milner Dam and Twin Falls canal system was considered worldwide as one of the great engineering marvels of the age, and it is what ultimately enabled this high-and-dry desert country we live in to bloom into what is now aptly known as ‘The Magic Valley’, one of the greatest agricultural areas of the Northwest.

On Tap at the Twin Falls BP Slightly foggy medium dark brown pour with a fine tan ring of micro bubbles. Classic light toasted malts, decent chcolate component and smooth malty feel. Lacking that stinging bite that some browns have. Rich and smooth for a 4.5 beer. Very tasty and satisfying.

On Tap at the Twin Falls BP fairly clear light pale golden. Thin traces of white head and lacing. Mild subtle hef yeast notes but this is "barely" a german hef. A little banana in the flavors but just a touch. Generally a little plain and bland.

16oz crowler from Milner's Gate. Clear, dark brown pour. Thin off-white head. Toasty malt aroma with some sweetness. Taste takes a deeper dive into the toasty malts, sweet, notes of brown sugar, root beer and cola. So damn tasty and smooth. Best beer I've had from these guys.

16oz crowler pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is pine hops and a big pineapple kick. Taste is more of the nice sweet pineapple caramel malts and some pine.
