Description
Big Spring Brewing is housed inside the historic Central Feed Mercantile building in downtown Lewistown, Montana. Our brewery fresh craft beers are always on tap at our neighboring steakhouse, Central Feed Grilling Company. You will appreciate their friendly, warm, and inviting atmosphere while you enjoy a refreshing Big Spring Brewing beer.

We strive to bring quality and craftsmanship to every beer we brew. We take pride in sourcing local ingredients, using 2-row barley grown in Montana and pristine water sourced from the local Big Snowy Mountains to brew our craft beer.

We are local and we proudly support local businesses and nearby farms, from using fresh roasted coffee beans from Rising Trout Coffee in our Coffee Porter, to local honey used to finish off our Honey Kölsch, to donating spent grain to local farmers to use as feed for their pigs. We feel we are part of the best small community in Montana and love where we brew.

Crowler at share. Dark brown pour with a small beige head. Aroma and taste feature a lot of sweet malts, light fruity accents, but it just misses the mark for the style, something's seems to be missing and it was a bit thin.
