Draft at the brewery. Pours black, with an aveage, foamy, tan head. The aroma is vanilla, mocha, wet grass, caraway, and burnt toast. Dry and roasty, and quite bitter. Medium body, sticky, and astringent. Aggressive and pretty tasty.

Draft at the brewery. Dull, orange color, with a fair, frothy, white head. The aroma is sage, peach, butterscotch, hay, and lemongrass. Fairly sweet, with an herbal, musty bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and slick. Fun and interesting.

Draft at brewery. Dark brown, small foamy beige head. Aroma leads with te anise, other light savory notes. Anise comes in a bit stornger in the taste, resembling the cookie it was made to mimic. Reminds of an Itlaian pizzelle.
