Bottle at the RateBeer DC Cider tasting. Clear whitish yellow. Aromas of fresh mint leaves, very natural smelling. Tastes of mint and apples. Light body with a dry finish. Interesting.

Sampled at a DC Gathering, pours a clear pale gold, no head. Nose is all mint and toothpaste, wintergreen. Fresh though. Flavor has the apples, then fresh mint. Dry finish. Doesn’t seem like it should work, but the mint is very authentic and refreshing.

On tap at Proper, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweet apples, a little of the skins. Flavour is medium sweet, with a nice apple character. Nothing overly complex but it's very well-crafted. Very good.

Bottle thanks to Secret Santa! Pours a clear pale yellow with a bit of visible carbonation but no head. Aroma has rich apple note that mainly sweet with touches of acid and earthiness. Flavor is similar with more acid that combines with sweet apples and a touch of earthiness in the efinish.
