We started in 2018 as a group of people who wanted to bring beer to southern Utah. Our mission started with providing the city and beyond with delicious beer made from the freshest ingredients possible. Now we have expanded to root beer, wine and spirits. We’re proud of our southern Utah roots, our team, our products, and humbled by the support of our community. We’re excited to share what we’ve been cooking up with all of you. 16oz can at Slackwater in SLC. Pours clear golden with a small off-white head, some lacing. Blueberries, plastic, dough, mild tart. Ok but not a fan of this one.

Pours a medium amber with an off white head. Mild caramel malt aroma. Malty flavor with toffee. It’s on the sweet side as there’s not much hops presence but it’s not too sweet. Pretty good malty amber.

Ppurs clear gold with a puffy white head that leaves a little lacing. It has a mild, grainy, slightly bready aroma. The flavor is malty and grainy with some mild hops. Alcohol is noticeable. Light to medium body. Okay.

12oz can picked up at the state store. Pours clear dark golden with a medium sized off-white head, good lacing. Caramel malts, toast, sweet, citrus zest, spicy. Well done.

On tap at Sand Hollow. Pours a clear amber red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bread with a bit of spiced bread and a light straw note. Flavor has lightly spiced bread and biscuit with grains underlying.

On tap at Sand Hollow. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a light pithy citrus with a hint of sweet grass and light sweet grains backing. Flavor has light pithy citrus and a bit of grass with a touch of grain underlying.

12oz can pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is crisp grain light fresh cut grass. Taste is more of the nice grain notes and light grass.
