Almost clear pale. Mild nose. Evenly mild beaver brewing taste. Yes, has the flavor of many of their brews, must be the yeast. Good cutting co2. Very little bitterness. Goes down nicely. well mannered, clear to the end, could drink a few of these babies.

I remember the first time I was coerced into eating a habenaro, will never forget it. However, this cider has got to be one of the best cider experiences I ever had, it was so yummy that I could not stop sipping it once commenced. Slightly cloudy with a friendly attractive cider aroma that perhaps has a background of urine on the nose, but thats in a good way if possible? Yum, this is soooooo goooooood! The palate is hot yet I can endure it with relative appreciation. The co2 and the heat combine to form a cider palate impression like no other. Yes, intriguing and lovable but consider that I do like heat in my beers. Apple cider with lots of heat, what else can be said? Forget the nose, THIS CIDER ROCKS! I should have got a growler to share it with my ratebeerian buds!

Mild yet hoppy. I never liked the idea of hopped cider, just doesn't work for me. However, this brew is not overly hoppy and it doesn't detract from the cider experience. Never in your face and the good co2 makes it rather friendly. Still, could do without the hops, just saying.

Very clear with a slight brown tint. Yes, sweeter whisky smell. A surprisingly sweeter initial flavor. Not bad on the whisky. Somehow, unlike many whisky brews, the whisky in this complements the beer. Its a blond and you know its a blond. This beer really hides the alky contnent well. Easy going for a 10%. Much better than expected. Quite quaffable and that could be dangerous considering the ABV.

Quite dark. Smell is alarmingly like whisky. A mellow tasting beer considering the smell. Yes, has a whisly kick but not as bad as many brews. A good beer but could do better without the whisky.

Tap source. Light brown like iced tea. Typical beaver brewing feel to this one. Mild & easy going. Tiny amount of bitterness in the background of you look for it. Good overall ESB experience.

Clear pale with a grapefruit nose. Taste is initially slight grapefruit with no bitterness, I never really thought much about how passion fruit has a grapefruit edge on it, without the bitterness. Friendly, civilized, yummy. I really liked this. Very good cutting sizzle, would like to have a growler of this. IT ROCKS!

Tap source. Smells like whiskey. Too much whiskey up front. What are we up to here? If you want whiskey have a whiskey. If you want whiskey in your beer, have a boiler maker. If you like whiskey infused beer, this is for you. Not impressed. But hey, I don't like whiskey.

Big & black. Nce lacing. Difficult at first taste with that barrel effect in there. A little bit of medicine. Yes, stout it is and it would be much better without the barrel. The difficulty continues. Whisky nose. Yes, not sure why many like whisly added totheir beer. If you want whisky, have a boilermaker. JMHO, the barrel does not do this fine beer justice.
