Pours a diesel black, topped with a miniature patch of beige head. Aroma is combination of roastiness, coffee and chocolate, with some dry fruits way in the back and quite decent alcohol presenece all along. As it warms up, the dark chocolate notes start to dominate. A sweet start with fruity presence is followed by a decent roastiness, again accompanied by a easily noticeable alcohol feel. Finishes with some bitterness. Strong and warming. Full body, very thick and silky. Great.

Bottle, 0.33l. Pours murky dark orange brown color with thin creamy tan-like head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of peach, berries, tropical fruits, resin and alcohol. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel and resin. follows by strong alcohol and dried fruits, warming and mouth coating feeling with grassy bitter finish. On tap at the Patrick’s Irish Pub. Pours a completely hazy, dark amber color, topped with a very small but very lasting white head. Superb lacing. Minimal fruity aroma at first, taken over by maltiness, some biscuity and resin presence. Taste is malty at the start, balanced by a moderate bitterness. Dry finish, quite full body and creamy as well. A more traditional IPA approach.

Pale yellow golden colour, quite clear for a witbier, firm white head. Aroma of orange peel, yeast, banana, spices and wheat. Sweet malty flavour, wheat, overripe banana. Finish overripe banana, curaçao and spices. Yes, Baldrick, let us not forget that you tried to solve the problem of your mother’s low ceiling by cutting off her head.

Clear amber golden colour, white head. Aroma of biscuit, straw and tropical fruits. Bitter flavour, hops, citrus, sweet notes. Fruity and bitter finish. Nice!

Brown amber colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, grapefruit, honey and fruits. Bitter hoppy flavour, tropical fruits. Bitter hoppy finish, apricot and pineapple. Nice.
