Bottle 330ml. @ PBF 2011Hazy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, light banana - clove. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long to average duration, yeast, fruity, banana - clove. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110703]

Bottled (from Alko). Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, bananas, fruits, some floral notes as well. Flavour is banana, wheat, fruits, some earth and mild toffeeish notes. Refreshing.

Bottle from Alko. Poured hazy, orange color with a thick head, very nice looking. Aroma is strong wheat and slightly spicy. Very bubbly when poured in glass. Flavor is wheat, some yeast, banana and some coriander or similar spice. Sourish finish. Very nice hefeweizen, stronger flavor than in most beers in this style. Will buy this one again for sure.

Light yellow beer with a big and blond head. Aroma is sour and wheat, spicyness and some bananas. Nice to drink, slippery and nice carbonation. Taste is sour, wheat, some lemon and sweetness in the end. Nice, personal beer; quite sweet hefe.

Das Bier startet wässrig. Dies ändert sich so schnell auch nicht, allerdings kommt eine trockene Kräuternote auf, die aber bei weitem nicht das Zeug zum Aromenleiter hat. Auf die auf dem Etikett aufgezählten Kräuter kann man aber sich nicht schließen: Wermut und Giersch. Als nächstes Aroma kommt dann das Malz, das ich hier nur mangels weiterer Aromen erwähne, denn es erscheint wirklich unwichtig im Hintergrund. Laffer Abgang, da die Kräuter zurückfahren. 10/8/9/8/11/8

Stark getreidiger Antrunk mit deutlichen Fehlaromen und hefig-blecherne Richtung. Leicht herb, weiter sehr getreidig, auch wenn die Süße und die Fehlaromen deutlich nachgelassen haben. Trinkbar, zum Ende auch erfrischend. Nettes Standardbier. 9/9/10/11//10

Mild herber Antrunk, hintergründig etwas hefig und leicht kräuterartig. Getreidig in geringem Maße, sehr süffig und spritzig. Etwas würziger im Abgang, stimmig, aber nicht sehr aromatisch. Sommerbier! 10/9/10/10//10

Hefiger und muffiger Antrunk mit sehr aufdringlichen süßen Kräuternoten. Stark, wie bei vielen starken hellen Bieren klebrig, zum Ende minimalst bitter, weiterhin sind die Kräuternoten penetrant. Unausgewogenes Bier. 9/6/7/7/11/7

Kräuterartiger Antrunk, etwas hefig, leider viel zu wässrig. Die deutlichste Note ist hier eine thymian - und korianderartige, die aber ebenfalls der starken Wässrigkeit unterliegt.Mit der Zeit wird das Bier unangenehm bitter, das Aroma wirkt dabei etwas blechern und kann erst spät in Verbindung mit kaum ersichtlicher Hopfigkeit etwas punkten. Nun wieder wässriger, fast laff, die Kräuternoten werden eindeutig nicht genug gewürdigt. Zum Ende gibt es noch eimal einen kurzen Hopfenschub. Nettes Versuch. 10/8/7/7/11/7
