12 oz. Aroma is berries and apples, floral. Pours a clear rosy pink hue with a crackling and collapsing pinkish-white head. Taste is light to moderately tart and sweet with flavors of berries, apples, soap. A little watery. A simple drink, but it doesn't taste too bad.

On tap at Republic, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of sweet apples, with light acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle apple acidity and medium sweetness. Simple and clean. Decent.

500 ml bottle. Aroma’s not too good—musty socks, lavender, apples. Pours rosy pink with a thin collar of foam. Taste is sweet and tart like expected with apple and floral flavors. Not too impressed with this.

Bottle from Boise Co-op. Pale golden pour, a few bubbles. Fruity aroma, half apples, half stone fruit. Taste leans more on the apples, seems to weaken a bit. Finishes clean .

500 ml bottle from Super 1. Aroma is apple juice, apricot, grass. Pours pale yellow with a fleeting white head. Taste is lightly sweet and tart, finishing with a faint dry bitterness. A bit like a dry white wine, a la sauvignon blanc. Flavors as the aroma. Apricots are not all that prominent. Kind of just a hint. Not bad.
