On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange yellow with small white head. The aroma is chamoy, mango, salt. Slick body, chamoy, lighr mango, citrus, salty finish, good.

Bottle at Good Pie. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has has strong pine and a resinous bite with a hint of citrus rind underlying. Flavor has a good amount of pine and growing resin with a bit of grain in the finish.

6 November 2022. At Yard House, Las Vegas. Shared with the lovely Anke!
Hazy black, small, frothy, beige head. Aroma of pure cold coffee, coffee roast, 'noir de noir' chocolate, prune, toast, tobacco. Taste has restrainedly sweet prune & fig in a thick toasty malt body with bitter coffee & dark chocolate. Earthy hops in the finish along with espresso & tobacco. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Very firm roastiness, but still light to drink at such a low ABV. A pleasant surprise on Yard House's menu, albeit probably temporary.

On my first flight in The Beerhaus, Las Vegas on 5th December 2022. Pale yellow, clean and clear; white wisp on top. Bready malts with a side of citrus fruit in both the nose and taste, fine and easy to drink.

12oz can pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice spice some brett and grain. Taste is more of the nice grain wheat a spice and some brett.

On tap at Good Pie. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has straw and light sweet bread with a bit of lemongrass coming through. Flavor has lots of light sweet grain, straw and a bit of bread with a touch of lemongrass in the finish.
