Tap at the brewery - hazy amber - lighty estery and dusty yeast aroma - low carbonation leads to a limp and lifeless mouthfeel - flavor is medium sweet -tastes of soggy cereal grains, bread dough, and lightly fruity esters - low bitterness - little to no phenolic character - watery finish - watery overall, really - - pretty much everything I don’t want a belgian table beer/abbey single to be.

Tap at the brewery - lightly.hazy gold - lively carbonation with a thick, soapy head - nose is soft, honey-sweet malts tempered by light mineral character and grassy hops - kind of low carbonation, but decently creamy mouthfeel - flavor is clean, medium sweet, with light dry mineral, finishing with grassy and medium bitter hops - refreshing - pretty well-done.
