Description
4th Tap is a small, worker-owned brewery located in north Austin. A couple of Austin-natives banded together with a few transplants from Houston, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi to build the 4th Tap brewery in their old stomping grounds of north/central Austin. After 6 years of work, they finally opened their doors to the public in late 2015 with a focus on inspired ingredients to make honest beer.

On tap at Stanleys Farmhouse Pizza. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is pine and grapefruit. Medium mouth, strong pine, grapefruit, lingering bitterness, good.

Can from HEB market. Hazy orange golden pour, instant airy head that faxes quickly. Very light yellow grapefruit aroma, taste also favors this, like grapefruit juice. Mildly citrus hops blend with this juice to create an average fruit IPA. Dry, chalky finish.
