Tap at U Kohouta. Clearish golden body, white head. Bit yeasty, rubbery aroma. Lean, empty taste, trace white grape maybe, mildly rubbery but fresh, no bitterness. Okay overall.

(bottle 0,75l) Overall: Sharp citrusy hoppy. Ok. (Changed recipe or you guys had a bad bottle...?) Aroma: Citrusy hops, grapefruit. Appearance: Clear golden. Long lasting, white head. Taste: Light sweet, light caramel, citrusy hops, grapefruit, medium bitter, later light grassy. Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.

(bottle 0,33l, labeled as tmavé silné pivo, nothing about style, i guess it is not stout but just stronger czech dark lager) Overall: Probably a bit off (but 3 weeks before BBE). Soft dark malts. Ok. Aroma: Light sourish, light dark malts. Appearance: Dark brown color. Medium, brown head. Taste: Light sweet, malty, light chocolate, light sourish. Palate: Light-medium body. Light roasty finish.

(bottle 0,75l from online shop pivoteka.cz) Overall: Good spicy ale. Some harsh bitterness. Aroma: Spicy, mostly coriander. Appearance: Hazy dark golden. Persistent off-white head. Taste: Light sweet, spicy, coriander, light pumpkin, light bitter. Palate: Medium body. Harsh astringent-bitter finish.

gefunden in einem Spezialitätanleden in der Olmützer Altstadt. Beim Einschenken strömt schon einmal ein intensiver Duft nach Südfrüchten wie Orange, Mandarine und Ananas, die man auch wunderbar im Geschmack wiederfindet. Dazu ein bisschen Hopfen und ein paar zitronige Noten hinten rein und man hat ein wirklich feines Bierchen.

Auch das APA gab es von der Tvarg-Brauerei, die sich eigentlich Tavoretus a.s. nennt. Bei der Gestaltung der Flasche belibt man hier dem Comic-Flaschen-Motiv treu, wobei hier ein Comic-Krügerl im Stil der Freiheitsstatue eine Bierflasche hochhält (was ein bisschen wie eine Molotov-Cocktail ausschaut). Beim Öffnen schoss der Schaum aus dem Flaschenhals und schluusendlich bekam man aus der 0,75l-Flasche gerade einmal zwei Seiterl heraus. Geschmacklich haut es mich jetzt auch nicht so vom Hocker. Es hat wohl nette malzige Karamellnoten, aber an der Hopfigkeit fehlt es ein Grasigkeit und Tiefe. Ein gemütliches Bier zum Essen, aber sonst nicht viel mehr.

gefunden in einem Bierkühlschrank in einem obercoolen Lokale-Produkte-HIpstergeschäft im Zentrum von Olmütz/Olomouc Geschmacklich ist es durchaus in Ordnung. Es lässt sich wunderbar trinken und dei 0,75l-Glasflasche hat man zu zweit im Nu geleert. Aaaaaaaber rein aromatisch betrachtet befinden sich hinter der süffigen Fassade doch einige Braufehler. Das Bier ist unfiltriert und unpasteurisiert, was schon gewisse Gefahren (aber auch sanfte Aromen) birgt, aber der buttrige Getreideton ist doch etwas zu brutal geraten. Nicht dass ich es schlecht finde, aber in der Kategorie der tschechischen 11-grädigen Hellen gibt es bessere -auch von anderen Kleinstbrauereien im Lande.

Can 0.5l. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- juicy, citrusy, pine, tropical fruit, touch of alcohol, root vegetables, peach. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter finish, citrusy, tropical fruit, pine, jelly, celery, grassy. Medium bodied. Not the best NEIPA.

Can from Base Camp. Rare brewery, yaaay! Murky, chalky yellow-orange body. Initially extremely oniony aroma, with some citric touches, later some tropical notes come out but... oof... not ideal, milky oats show up later as well, bit bready. The taste is way too dry and bitter, completely missing the juicy/fruity NEIPA side, mostly earthy/oaty, herbal bitterness, but some stone fruit-tropical fruit touches are there. Unripe tropical fruit touches too. Ends with some hop burn apart from the bitterness. I hate to hate on it, but this needs major tweaking - fair hoppinness, most NEIPA elements are there, but the body is off, no juiciness, too bitter, also, hop burn and green onion notes... Hope they grow and learn where mistakes were made. Hope to rerate it in the future and that I'll be able to rerate it with a bigger score than this.

Bottle at a tasting with the boys. Lots of caramel, medium sweetness. Moderate diacetyl too, medium berries, seems a bit oxidized. High bitterness keeps the upper hand though, even with a bit of harsh grassy edge. Hard to drink. Not entirely bad, just a classic flawed Czech IPA. Definitely not for me.
