Nach dem ausgezeichnetem Elfgrädigen waren die Erwartungen natürlich sehr hoch. Allerdings war das Bier war eine herbe Enttäuschung. Es hatte einen intensiven buttrigen Geschmack, das einfach nur unangenehm war. Da ist fast schon Hofen und Malz verloren.

Das Elfgrädige ist das beste Bier der Brauerei, das ich hatte. Es ist ein klassisches tschechisches Elfgrädiges, das unglaublich süffig ist. Man kann es wunderbar trinken und ich sehe es fast schon als eines der besten Biere dieses Typus.

Mein erstes Bier aus der Brauerei, das ich passend in der Adventzeit in dem lustigen Bierkiosk bei einer Brünner Straßenbahnstation gekauft habe. Getrunken habe ich es mit Bekannten in der Ukraine zum orthodoxem Weihnachten. Geschmacklich hat es natürlich einen inensiven Ton nach Gewürzen: Koriander, Vanille, Nelken und Zimt. Diese harmonieren auch untereinander ganz gut.Allerdings passt das nicht ganz in den tiefen lebkuchenartigen Karamellkörper hinein. Es hat tolle Ansätze, aber wirklich ausgewogen wirkt es nicht.

1.5L PETka from the Pivní Vokno. Shared with friends at the other side of the country, hah. Hazy golden-orange body. Citra and light chlorophenol in the aroma. Empty taste, light fruity touches, but light chlorophenols also show up on the soft body. Oh well. Shame. At least it was 92CZK for this.
