Es gibt ja inzwischen einige Biere, die den leichten Butter-Geschmack des bekannten Pilsner Urquell imitieren, aber mir ist bis jetzt kein solches Dunkles untergekommen. Nun ja -jetzt ist es soweit... Im Gegensatz zu dem guten Hellen der Brauerei, ist dies keine geschmackliche Perle, aber durchaus solide -und eben mit einem leichten Buttergeschmack, den man mögen kann oder nicht. Es ist keineswegs süß, aber auch nicht bitter wie ein Stout, sondern irgendetwas dazwischen. Es fühlt sich an wie ein PIlsner Urquell, dann man schwarz gemacht hat. Auf jeden Fall ein interessantes Bier, aber wohl fernab des Mainstream- Geschmacks.

getrunken kurz nach Weihnachten 2016 Das Alfa APA ist eine etwas leichtere Version eines bitteren amerikanischen Pale Ales. Es hat eine dichte schlanke Schaumkrone, welche äußerst stabil ist und wird ungefiltert im Craftbier-Glas serviert. Im Einstieg mutet es etwas schwächlich an, aber legt dann einen guten Abgang hin. Der hopfige Geschmack bleibt lange am Gaumen. Für Freunde besonders starker hopfiger amerikanischer Biere ist es vielleicht etwas langweilig, aber ich finde es ganz gut. Die ideale Abwechslung in einer gemütlichen Bierrunde mit sonst nur hellem und dunklem Bier.
